Opaque colors have excellent hide and require two coats for best results, while Semi-Opaque colors have good hide and need three coats for optimal coverage. Sheer colors act as translucent overcoats, providing flashes of color and luster when viewed from different angles over traditional paints, other Metallic Paint colors, or faux finishes.
